Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and maintain our MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters in AWS. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a full DevOps pipeline in AWS, and will be familiar with Linux-based systems. In addition, the candidate will train, mentor, and develop junior integration developers and administrators, and collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance with the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters in AWS.
Build and maintain a full DevOps pipeline in AWS using tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Anypoint CLI, AWS CLI, AWS Formation templates, and Python scripting.
Implement and manage DevOps tools like Octopus deploy, Ansible, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Datadog, RabbitMQ, AppDynamics, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Ansible, Chef, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, ServiceNow, JSON, Vagrant, Tableau, Excel.
Train, mentor, and develop junior integration developers and administrators.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance with the software development lifecycle.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters.
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, management, and monitoring of the MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters.
Manage security and compliance requirements for the MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters.
Document the architecture, design, and implementation of the MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Docker and Kubernetes clusters in AWS.
Experience with Linux-based systems.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Anypoint CLI, AWS CLI, AWS Formation templates, and Python scripting.
Experience with automation tools and scripts such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Terraform.
Familiarity or experience with Octopus deploy, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Datadog, RabbitMQ, AppDynamics, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Ansible, Chef, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, ServiceNow, JSON, Vagrant, Tableau, Excel.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior integration developers and administrators.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage security and compliance requirements.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, DB2, MySQL, and Oracle is a plus.
AWS certification is a plus.
